ABOUT

The Olive & Vine

The Olive & Vine is a contemporary restaurant designed around relaxed dining, quality ingredients, and memorable evenings shared with friends and family. Combining Mediterranean influence with locally sourced South West produce, the restaurant offers a refined yet approachable atmosphere that feels equally suited for romantic dinners, celebrations, or laid-back evenings by the coast. Inside, guests are welcomed into a warm interior of soft lighting, natural textures, and elegant modern styling, while the menu focuses on fresh seafood, handmade pasta, premium meats, and carefully selected wines. The experience is built around slowing down, enjoying great conversation, and creating a space visitors genuinely want to return to.

What makes your business or experience unique within the South West?

We combine relaxed coastal dining with Mediterranean-inspired flavours and locally sourced ingredients to create an experience that feels refined without ever feeling formal. Our focus is on atmosphere, quality food, and genuine hospitality.

What kind of experience do you hope visitors leave with after spending time with you?

We want guests to leave feeling like they’ve discovered somewhere they’ll want to return to again and again. Whether it’s a special occasion or a spontaneous evening out, the goal is always to create memorable moments around great food and conversation.

Is there anything about your space, setting or approach that people particularly remember?

People often comment on the atmosphere. The lighting, music, and interior styling are designed to feel warm, intimate, and relaxed, while still carrying a premium feel. It’s somewhere guests can comfortably spend an entire evening.

If someone was visiting for the first time, what would you recommend they experience most?

We’d recommend booking an evening table and enjoying a few dishes to share alongside one of our recommended wines. The seafood specials and handmade pasta dishes are favourites amongst first-time visitors.
