The Ember Dining Experience offers a completely different way to experience the South West, combining luxury outdoor dining with the raw beauty of the Devon countryside. Set within a hidden woodland location on the edge of Dartmoor, guests enjoy multi-course fire-cooked dining experiences surrounded by candlelight, woodland ambience, and live acoustic music. Every evening has been designed to feel intimate, atmospheric, and memorable, blending premium food with storytelling, nature, and relaxed luxury. Seasonal menus focus on locally sourced produce and open-fire cooking techniques, creating an experience that feels both rustic and elevated at the same time.
